Serenity Found will not share, sell or transfer any information gathered for any
reason other than authorized investigation by legitimate law enforcement.
All information provided when sending email will be kept in confidence. However, anything posted on the message board or guestbook is available for viewing by the general public. The exception is IP addresses which are not displayed and never shared or sold. Serenity Found believes in protecting Minors and so follows the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will not accept information from anyone under the age of 13. Serenity Found is allowed by COPPA to reply to a one time request for information or answer a question without Parental Consent as long as Serenity Found does not request or store any personal information from the child. Anything more requires Parental Consent, by which the parents must provide to Serenity Found a valid postal address where Serenity Found may write requesting parental consent be given in writing. |
